GREAt Soul Hub is a newly renovated apartment where modern design, practicality, and attention to detail come together to provide a comfortable stay. The bright spaces, furnished in a simple yet elegant style, are designed to accommodate up to four guests, making it ideal for both vacation and business trips.
The accommodation features a spacious double bedroom, a second flexible room with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a large living area with a relaxation zone, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of its standout features is the presence of two separate bathrooms, both with showers, one of which includes a modern walk-in shower—a rare amenity that ensures added convenience and privacy.
Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and home automation systems designed to make the stay easy and intuitive without being intrusive. Remote check-in allows for maximum independence, and upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a thoughtful kit that includes a bottle of Prosecco and everything needed to prepare a first meal in true Italian style. For those traveling by motorcycle or ultra-compact city car, an indoor covered parking space is available upon request, while free public parking is also conveniently located nearby.

My name is Stefano, and I established GREAt Soul Hub with the intention of providing much more than just an apartment: a place where you feel welcomed, can relax, and experience Rome peacefully. I enjoy spending my free time by the sea, practicing kite surfing, yoga, bachata, and cooking—passions that have taught me the value of balance, sharing, and attention to detail.
I personally ensure that every guest finds a well-maintained, functional space filled with what I like to call “good energy.” I am always available to offer advice, information, and helpful tips, with the goal of making you feel at home from the very first moment.

GREAt Soul Hub is situated in a prime location between the historic neighborhoods of San Paolo and Garbatella, one of the most genuine and lively areas of the Capital. The district offers an ideal balance between a residential vibe and amenities, allowing you to experience Rome like a local without sacrificing convenience in getting around.
Just a short walk from the property, you’ll find traditional restaurants, bistros, cafés, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and numerous shops, making it easy to fulfill all your needs on foot. The close proximity to the Metro Line B enables quick access to the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Termini Station, EUR district, and the historic city center, while the nearby Roma Tre University makes the area particularly popular among those traveling for study or work.
